If you love the
Caribbean we hope you'll be delighted with 'Paintings of the
Caribbean', a website dedicated to the work of just a
handful of the many artists whose work is inspired by a love
of the islands.
Many of the works are for
sale or available as a reproduction. The artists
would also be pleased to consider accepting commissions for
further work. Links from the pages go directly to a form to
contact either the artists, publisher, or representing
gallery.

This website will grow
as time goes by and many more artists will be featured
in it's pages. In the meantime we hope that you will
find enough here to be of interest. Please remember that
artists, no matter if they do it as a hobby or as a
profession, cannot exist in a vacuum. They not only need
sales, they need feedback. If you like the work please
don't hesitate to drop
them a line - it'll be much appreciated. Thank you.

The Gallery of Caribbean
Art in Speightstown, Barbados, represents all the artists
featured here. It's an enthusiastic and well managed gallery
which not only represents established, professional, artists
but does much to encourage new talent from all over the
Caribbean. Our gratitude to all involved, and it's our pleasure to
provide a link to the gallery's own website. It features many
of the painters, sculptors and potters the Gallery represents and a useful schedule of
forthcoming exhibitions. |
